During the first meeting we will discuss your objectives, priorities & time frames. We will go over the leasing process and review the local market conditions.
Preview the home to create maintenance checklist. Is the home currently tenant occupied? If so, discuss showing schedule & preferences with the current tenant
Make necessary repairs including painting, carpet or hardwood repairs and replacement, and a full move out cleaning.
Schedule a professional photographer to shoot the home
We have 25+ web partners to help market your home to the largest pool of tenants
We post your home on the Top Agent Network, send to potential tenants in our client database, and share with other Skybox agents
Can show your home in minutes from our staffed, South Beach sales office
Private showings for each prospective tenant
Show until we find a qualified tenant
Coordinate showings with existing tenant, if applicable
Review applications. Verify employment, income, credit & references.
Draft lease paperwork and building specific rental rules and documents
Send necessary paperwork to the HOA and help new tenants schedule their move-in
