Mission Bay

Game days around the neighborhood are a bustle with excitement and activity.

Welcome to Mission Bay

Mission Bay, together with its adjoining South Beach neighbor is one of San Francisco’s fastest growing neighborhoods. Roughly bounded by Townsend Street and 7th Street, Mission Bay was created by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors as a redevelopment project. Much of the land was a rail yard but now has rapidly evolved into a young, wealthy neighborhood of luxury condominiums, artsy lofts and high-end apartment buildings. Along withe residential component (a planned 6,000 units total), the Mission Bay neighborhood has the convenience of urban living at its fingertips.

Mission Bay has a peaceful and family oriented atmosphere with over 40 acres of green parks including Mission Bay Playground and Dog Park. The neighborhood is also the home to Championship sports teams like the NBA’s Golden State Warriors at Chase Center and MLB’s San Francisco Giants’ Oracle Park. And with its convenience to CalTrain, you can easily commute down the Peninsula to work and still call San Francisco home.
